Bookings and Cancellations

It is preferred bookings be written into "The Book"
at the course before you play or at the 19th hole.

The closing time for bookings is 8:00pm Thursday.

If you know early in the week that you will be playing,
or need to cancel a prior booking please don't wait until
Thursday to let the Captain, (Trevor Bennett), know.

Please understand the course opens their phone bookings
Thursday mornings for the general public to book a Saturday game.
The Captain phones the course on Wednesday afternoons
with an estimate of how many groups we will have on the day.
The Captain prefers not to have to phone again on Friday mornings
with an increase of as many as 4 extra groups, which puts pressure on
the good relationship we enjoy with the course controllers.

A provisional draw will be posted on the website Draw Page on Thursday night.

Late bookings will be accepted, but will attract a $1.00 fine.

Registration on Saturdays
All players must pay their green fees in the pro-shop and sign in.
Members must pay the $5.00 ball fee by 10:15 or they will incur a $1.00 fine.
At 10:20 any member who has booked and not paid their ball fees, or notified the
Captain that they will be late will be removed from the draw and must pay a $1.00 fine.

Members should check the final draw on the board at 10:20 in case of any changes.

Members that arrive after 10:20 can join the field only if there
is a 3 ball to slot into, otherwise they can not play.
These measures have been put in place to allow the Captain & Treasurer
to get some practice and relax before teeing off, (just like the rest of us).

Members and visitors must pay all ball fees, green fees &
fines or they will be deemed un-financial and ineligible for any prize.
